Meet The Chef

From our Head Chef Thomas Cooney

We are delighted to introduce our New Head Chef at ROAST - Thomas Cooney. 

Thomas began his journey with Roast back in 2009 as a Junior Chef. After 3 successful years, he went onto explore other ventures including Sous Chef roles and most recently the position of Head Chef for a restaurant in Teddington Lock.

After a few years away from Roast where he developed further skills and kitchen management knowledge, Chef Thomas is back at Roast in the role of Head Chef where he feels he is read to take charge of one of London’s most well known kitchens.

I had heard so much about Roast and previously never managed to get a table for Sunday lunch,
The Roast Beef was truly excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the lunch atmosphere and staff were also extremely friendly. I definitely will recommend it to my friends.
