• You will primarily be working from the pass, delivering food to guests. Liaising with both the kitchen and the floor staff, we require a person who can work well under pressure. This is a customer- facing role so the candidate must also be great with people.

  • To work on the floor serving guests.This role can be highly demanding and fast-paced, so an ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and able to use their own initiative.

  • To work on the floor serving guests, and to manage duties for junior waiters and waitresses. Excellent organisational skills are required as is the ability to prioritise your workload. You must also be good with people and willing to work as part of a team.

  • Working at the front desk welcoming guests, this role requires someone who is well presented and good with customers. You must also be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Working in the kitchen under the general guidance and supervision of the head/sous chefs, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of your given station to produce food to the high standard required by Roast.

  • Working in the bar, you will be serving drinks and waiting bar tables according to the high standard expected by Roast. An excellent knowledge of cocktails is a distinct advantage.
