  • Sustainable Fish City
    Posted: 22nd September
Roast is now supporting the campaign for London to become the world’s first Sustainable Fish City. Roast’s support means we are committed to not serving species rated as “fish to avoid” by the Marine Conservation Society. We will also be promoting the use of species rated as “fish to eat by the Marine Conservation Society”.

The campaign is important to Roast because we all take for granted how much the sea gives us and now if we continue like this there won't be enough fish to go around! It’s time to be sensible about fishing and buy only sustainable seafood to prolong the ocean’s health. If you want to help protect our precious marine resources get involved with the campaign and check out www.sustainablefishcity.net or @fishcities on twitter.
