Roast is committed to protecting your privacy. For any personal data you provide to us Roast is the Data Controller and is responsible for storing and processing that data in a fair, lawful, secure and transparent way.
What personal data we hold on you?
You may have given us information on you by completing a form, at an event or online, or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. The information you have given may include your name, address, e-mail address or phone number.
Why do we need your personal data?
The reason we need your data is to be able to advise you of forthcoming offers or events, and to keep you up-to-date with information about us and our services. Our lawful basis for processing your data are first that it is in our legitimate interests to advise you from time to time about our products, events and services, and second, when you pay a fee for an event or service you have entered into a contract with us.

All our contacts are free to join these pages. If you join one of the Social Media pages, please note that the providers of the social media platform have their own privacy policies and that Roast does not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these policies before you submit any personal data on our social media pages.
Who do we share your personal data with?
Roast does not supply any personal data it holds to any other third party unless specified at the time of booking on specific events.
Security of Data
We store most of our information electronically, our PCs and laptops are password protected. We have a high level of cyber security, and outside normal office hours our offices are locked and alarmed; information that is stored physically (personnel files, accounts information etc.) is securely locked in appropriate cabinets.
Your rights regarding your personal data
As a data subject you have the right at any time to request access to, change or erase your personal data or to restrict or object to certain kinds of processing of your personal data, including marketing for Roast and to complain to the UK’s data protection supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner’s Office about the processing of your personal data.
As a data subject you are not obliged to share your personal data with us, however, if you choose not to share your personal data with us we may not be able to communicate with you or advise you of offers or products that may interest you and be of benefit to you.
