Roast Priviledge Card  'How it Works'

1. What are Roast Miles?
Roast Miles are the currency of our loyalty programme. As a Roast Loyalty Cardholder, you earn one Point when you spend £10.00 with us. Your Roast Miles can be banked, redeemed against prizes or used as dining credits in the restaurant. For card holders coming at one of the Special Times each 10 miles is worth £2.00. At all other times each 10 miles is worth £1.00. Please Note that Roast Miles points are awarded for parties up to a maximum of 10 persons.

2. When are the Special Times?
Any time on Mondays, Breakfast, if you come in for dinner after 9.30pm and if you just use the bar.

3. How do I earn Roast Miles?
As a Roast Miles Cardholder you earn one point for every £10.00 you spend at Roast.

4. How soon after I apply for the Roast Miles Scheme will I receive my permanent Roast Miles Card?
When you join the Roast Miles Scheme online, your membership card will be available to collect from reception within 72 hours, in most cases.

5. I have forgotten my username and password. What should I do?
Do not worry if you have forgotten your password. Simply click on forgot your password? And follow the steps to get your new password.

6. When can I start earning Roast Miles?
Once you have received confirmation of your registration you can start earning your miles.

7. How long it take for Roast Miles to be credited to my account?
It may take up to 24 hours for your Roast Miles to reach your Account.

8. How can I use my Roast Miles?
You can use your Roast Miles in the restaurant towards payment for meals and drinks or to be eligible for one of the prizes you can bank them.

9. Will my Roast Miles expire?
There is no expiration date on your Roast Miles.

10. I have lost my Card. What should I do?
Do not worry if you have lost your Card. Simply contact Roast immediately and we will replace it.

11. How long is my Card valid?
There is no expiry date on the Roast Card.

12. I have forgotten to claim Roast Miles. Can I still claim them?
In this instance please contact the Head Receptionist at Roast.
