Roast and The Prince's Trust

We are committed to working with the local community and in particular with under-privileged young people. To this end, we have undertaken a partnership with The Prince's Trust.

We have a number of initiatives with the Trust involving local schools and youth groups, offering opportunities to learn about the restaurant industry and apprenticeships to suitable participants in our programmes to come and work at the restaurant.

We also undertake educational initiatives with Borough Market and some of its stallholders so that local young people can acquire a greater understanding about how food is produced.

We have a Prince's Trust Table at Roast, the profits from which are donated to The Prince's Trust to support their work in the Borough of Southwark.
