Our menu is a tribute to the farmers, fishermen, growers and wine makers who inspire us to do their produce justice.

From field to fork, our food philosophy runs through every dish we create. Wherever we can, we use British ingredients to make simple food that’s executed with excellence. Working closely with suppliers and building strong personal relationships with farmers and producers, we have travelled the length and breadth of the UK to find the very best responsibly sourced and sustainable ingredients to take centre stage on your plate.

Our people are the heart and soul of Roast. Since day one we’ve worked hard to build, cultivate and sustain a truly exceptional team from all walks of life. We’re proud to be a member of the British Quality Foundation and to have been awarded Gold level accreditation with Investors in People for the second time.

At Roast, our customers are our guests. We apply the same care, intuition and attention to our service as we do to our menus. Each member of our front-of-house team has a carefully trained talent for service that we have nurtured and developed, creating a strong culture of service excellence from front desk to table.
