British cattle, be it Angus, Welsh Black or Shorthorn, for example, can now once again claim to be among the finest in the world. Our lamb, such as Herdwick, Lakeland or Blenheim, is internationally acclaimed.

At Roast, we are be involved in a constant process of sourcing the best available ingredients and we will also have displays of our bread, cheese and seafood.
