Explore Borough Market with our Head chef Stuart Cauldwell, visiting the market stalls and Roast’s favourite suppliers.

Along the way, you will be guided on how to select the best of seasonal British ingredients. After your tour, our team of chefs will create a bespoke lunch using the fresh produce from the mornings haul.

The dishes created, in true Roast style, will represent the finest and freshest British cuisine.

Price includes VAT, but excludes 12.5% service charge.
